What is it that makes you different from the rest of the crowd? And how does this difference translate into a brand story and positioning? As ol’ Dr Seuss says “there is nobody that is youer than you.”
02 YOUR VALUES.
The way you interact with the customer screams more about your brand than anything you can say. Your team, sponsorship choices and customer journey, should align with your brand values.
03 YOUR BRAND NAME.
Does your name tell the customer what you do, or does it create a vibe they’ll be digging? Do you need a quirky tagline, or a straight descriptor? The name is often the first touchpoint any customer will have babe, so choose carefully!
04 THE WAY YOU LOOK.
As humans we make assumptions about people based on how they’re dressed, sometimes without even realising it. The way your brand looks is the same.
05 THE WAY YOU SPEAK.
You may have noticed babe, that we speak in a certain way. That’s our brand. It’s recognisable - no matter whether we’re on the blog or on Instagram - you can tell it’s us. How does your brand speak and what does the tone say about you?
